Start the day at Big Boy Restaurant. Locals and tourists alike have been breakfasting here for years and you should join them for some of the luscious breakfast specialties.

Lunch

Quick lunch at Minerva's restaurant. Most of the patrons here at the locals.

Dinner

Dine at Space Aliens. The barbecue and the theme are awesome and you won't find another place like this anywhere.

What to Do...

Morning

Pay a visit to the stately former Governor's Mansion as well as the modernist style state capitol. Other interesting places include the North Dakota Heritage Center, a combination of museum, state archives and art gallery.

Afternoon

Tour the Cathedral Area Historic District at your leisure. There will be enough time to explore the Double Ditch Indian Village State Historic Site.

Evening

To relax a bit and see some of the countryside take a ride on the Lewis and Clark riverboat on the Missouri river. You can take it all the way u to Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park.

Late Night

Enjoy a late night cap at a local jazz club.
Great way to end a great day.
